In the Spring and Summer months, CAC members cool off in our outdoor pool for our seasonal Water Classes that are inclusive in your membership. CAC provides Water Fit Aerobics and our low-impact resistance training class, Aqua For Athletes. With motivating summer music and a great instructor to queue you through class, you will experience summer in the comfort of your own Club membership. All Fitness levels can benefit from these water-based aerobic classes!
