A 45-minute full body workout! Push yourself in this circuit style workout to gain strength and improve cardiovascular endurance. Think efficiency- you’ll perform strength exercises and cardio drills using multiple muscle groups at the same time.
This class is perfect for anyone trying to improve their fitness and health. Everyone works at their own level, whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, options, opportunities and modifications provided.

The workout consists cardio and static exercise movements in the pool. A variety of props are used to keep the workout exciting and challenging. The workout is a multilevel with movement options for beginning through advance.
You’ll start with a dynamic warmup, multidirectional movement through the water (cardio), static exercises and cool down stretches. The class duration is 45 mins.
You’ll be able to achieve a more intense workout by lessening the impact that gravity places on joints, muscles and bones of the body. Promote strength and range of motion using the resistance of movement in water.
What To Wear:
Swimwear and footwear designed for use in the water.
Note: All participants must shower prior to entering the pool.
