Our cycle instructors work participants in different energy zones focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance. Anyone can cycle because you control the resistance determining the intensity. Please note beginners should arrive 10 minutes prior to class time for bike set-up.
Most classes are composed of a 45- 50 minute rides (unless otherwise stated) and take place morning, lunch hour and evening. We recommend a heart rate monitor for all participants.
Signing up the day before is highly suggested, as some classes do fill up. You can sign up as early as the day before at 6:30am. Drop-ins are on a first come first served basis. Please be sure to check in with the instructor prior to class to check the number of participants.

Enjoy a mix of cardio conditioning and HIIT drills designed to get your heart pumping, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Expect some surprises along way! In addition to some intense cardio drills, you might experience for a few strength drills, core work or some bonus flexibility and mobility work during you class. Be ready to sweat!
