Indoor Cycling is an innovative athletic training program that brings a perfect dimension of safety and accessibility to indoor cycling. The Cycle Program places special emphasis on training for enthusiasts of all levels so no particular entry level is required for individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals. Our cycle studio hosts the best indoor cycling bikes available with 26 Stages Cycles and the best instructors to motivate you and give you an awesome workout.
Our cycle instructors work participants in different energy zones focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance. Anyone can cycle because you control the resistance determining the intensity. Please note beginners should arrive 10 minutes prior to class time for bike set-up.
Most classes are composed of a 45- 50 minute rides (unless otherwise stated) and take place morning, lunch hour and evening. We recommend a heart rate monitor for all participants.
Signing up the day before is highly suggested, as some classes do fill up. You can sign up as early as the day before at 6:30am. Drop-ins are on a first come first served basis. Please be sure to check in with the instructor prior to class to check the number of participants.
