These exciting strength classes heat up all the major muscle groups for a Total Body workout with an emphasis on building strength and sculpting your body. Each participant works at his/her own level of resistance, while enjoying the challenge and camaraderie of a group class.
Tuesday: 12:10 -1:00, 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
Thursday: 12:10-1:00, 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
Sunday: 9:30am – 10:30am.
