The Capital Athletic Club offers four group fitness studios and over 70 group fitness classes per week! Studio I boasts a beautiful wood flex floor and hosts classes such as Power Pump, Step, Athletic Conditioning, H.I.I.T., and more! Studio II accommodates our cycling classes and is set in view of the swimming pool with wood floors and mirrored ceilings complete with the Stages Cycle Bike. Studio III is nestled toward the back of The Club making it perfect for yoga, mat pilates, fitball, karate, and more! CAC’s beautiful Pilates Studio completes our studios with eight reformer platforms including four towers accommodating all levels of Pilates!
