I love this place! It is clean, serene, and seems to function almost seamlessly. After recent frustrations with other Sacramento health clubs, I found this place such a pleasure.

This place is amazing. Not only is the weight room surprisingly beautiful, it is also extremely well equipped. Everything is incredibly well maintained. They even close for a week every year just to do deep cleaning. The staff is super friendly and they have everything from shoe shining, to a salon. With all the amenities they offer and the added bonus that Arnold used to work out here, it is definitely worth the price. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been a member for 7 years and I have a still enjoyed every moment that I spend there. All of the staff and the majority of the members are friendly, helpful and engaging. For me, this is a large club, with many amenities and activities. The club is always very clean. I play Racquetball, lift weights, and swim. My wife takes HIIT, power pump and abs classes. I often stop by and have lunch at Lew's Café. He's great! I have had very helpful sports massage from Jody, and Brian. There is a nice social atmosphere, we have met many people and made many friends. I have been to many Gyms/clubs through the years and I have found the Capital Athletic Club to be my favorite thus far.

I've been a member here for a month or so... This is the consummate example of a health club. The interior was well designed and the facilities immaculate.
