Sport Courts
The Capital Athletic Club’s is Sacramento’s hot spot for indoor basketball and volleyball. Our large full court gymnasium is host to pick up games and leagues. The club also offers 3 international size racquetball and handball courts.
Organized league play is held throughout the year as well as a mixture of fun social tournaments. Court sports provide a great cardiovascular workout with an emphasis on endurance and skill. Everyone can enjoy court sports and it’s a great way to meet new friends.
