Capital Athletic Club’s Premier Pilates Membership provides members 2 classes per week for only $10.00 per month. All CAC members are required to complete the Quick Start Pilates Package or the Quick Start Plus session to be eligibile to become a Premier Pilates Member.
QUICK START PROGRAM: An Introduction to the fundamental Pilates Reformer exercises in 3 private training sessions will prepare you for our Pilates Principles and Reformer Level 1 classes. The Quick Start program teaches the importance of body awareness, breath, control and the significance of the Reformer. This program is required BEFORE members can participate in classes offered in the Pilates Studio, 3 private sessions for $150.00. Members with previous Reformer experience may be eligible for the Quick Start Plus session. Please contact the Pilates Director at smorris@capitalac.com for more info on the Quick Start Plus option.

GROUP PILATES CLASSES OFFERED:As members of The Capital Athletic Club, you have access to one of the finest Pilates programs in Northern California. In order to provide our members with exceptional service and an unsurpassed program, we offer an exclusive Premier Pilates Membership for only $10.00 per month. Premier Pilates Members receive 2 classes per week, can book classes from our Pilates Studio Schedule.
REFORMER 1: Building from the Pilates Principles foundation, this class offers modifications and variations of each exercise for students with different fitness and experience levels. Fundamental exercises with their progressions are offered, allowing all levels to participate.
MIXED LEVEL REFORMER : Mixed Level is the bridge between Levels 1 and 2 on the Reformer. Students will be offered both fundamental and intermediate variations with slightly quicker transitions from one exercise to the next. A great way to take your practice to the next level! A minimum of 10 Reformer 1 classes is recommended.
REFORMER 2 : An intermediate, fast paced class, Reformer 2 offers more challenge to students’ balance, endurance and coordination with more difficult Pilates Reformer exercises. All Reformer 2 students are required to go through the Level 2 assessment with the Pilates Director. Contact Sabin Morris at smorris@capitalac.com to schedule an assessment or for more information.
REFORMER 3 : Our most advanced and fast paced class, Reformer 3 students perform the most challenging progressions of the Reformer repertoire. Students work through many of the exercises in a series to increase the heart rate, challenge muscular endurance and strength, and improve coordination.

TOWER CIRCUIT: A Pilates equipment circuit class that combines work on the Reformer, Tower and Jump Board designed to develop both muscular and cardiovascular strength and endurance. Some standing floor and Mat work is included. A challenging class that works the mind and body in all planes of movement. Although this is a Level 1 class, a minimum of 10 Reformer 1 classes is recommended. (Coming back to the schedule in the future.)
JUMP BOARD PHIIT: Wake up with the sun and have some FUN in our new Jump Board PHIIT class. Pilates High Intensity Interval Training with jump board plyometric intervals alternating with deep strength intervals for the core, arms and legs will be a great start to your day or you weekend!
