Rick Leonard
General Manager-Executive Director
Rick has been with CAC since its inception in 1985. With an Education degree from the University of Maine and over 30 years in the health club industry, Rick leads CAC with a love for an industry giving him the opportunity to make a positive change in the lives of others.
Tom Petrul
Assistant General Manager
Tom has been with CAC for over 25 years. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a BA from Cal Poly-SLO, Tom plays a key role in the overall operations of CAC in addition to our marketing and membership efforts. Tom loves racquetball and strength training.
John O’Sullivan
Athletic Director
John has been with CAC for over 24 years. With over 27 years in the fitness industry, a degree in Exercise Physiology and a certified strength coach, John loves teaching his clients to have a passion for improving their lifestyle.
Jane Coolidge
Administration Manager
Jane has been with CAC since 1990. With a BS in Accounting from Minnesota State, Moorhead, Jane came to us from the world of public accounting and over 20 years later, she hasn’t looked back!
Laurie Dakin
Group Fitness Director
Laurie has been active in the fitness industry for over 30 years. She is an ACE certified Health Coach, ACE certified Group Fitness Instructor, and STOTT Pilates trained. Her background includes group fitness program management for a prominent chain of Sacramento tennis & fitness clubs. She is was a Master Trainer for YogaFit, and has presented internationally to her peers, as well as at regional fitness conferences. She’s owned a Pilates and Fitness studio in Curtis Park and expanded her business in 2009 to include corporate wellness. As a personal trainer, she’s had the pleasure of helping busy professionals and high performing executives stay fit and improve their health. In 2020, Laurie launched a 21 Day Challenge: ReSoulutions, designed to help people reduce sugar intake, increase dietary fiber, and maintain an active lifestyle. However, at her core, she’s a group fitness instructor. That is where it all began for her, so this position brings her back home.
Bruce Coolidge
Programming Director
25+ years of active Fitness industry experience (22 in the Sacramento area) with extensive background in program development, nutrition, post-acute/transitional rehabilitation programming, fitness assessment, sports programming (leagues/tournaments), motivational programming and club management.
