Fitness Training
At CAC, our goal is to keep you successful in your health and fitness needs. When you become a member, we assess your health and fitness level to help you define your goals through our Free Personalized Fitness Programming. Our fitness trainers create a safe and effective program that starts you on a course towards optimal fitness. It is the foundation upon which a successful training program is built.
During the Fitness Consultation, you will meet one-on-one with a personal trainer who assesses your health and fitness level. Your trainer will also introduce you to the various types of training equipment and design a personalized program to help you meet your specific goals and needs.
New members receive 2 Complimentary one hour sessions initially and 1-one hour session every 3 months throughout your membership with CAC.
