Welcome to the CAC Pilates Reformer Program! We are excited to see you in class. Please check the schedule frequently for updates or changes with classes.

- Reformer Demo Class – One Saturday every month we offer a Reformer Demo class. Members and their guests can regsiter at the front desk to attend. Take a spin on the Pilates Reformer to see what it’s all about.

Advancing through class levels: The Capital Athletic Club holds the safety and wellbeing of every member very dear. We recommend students attend a minimum of 10 Pilates Reformer sessions (which include Quick Start sessions and level 1 classes) prior to taking Mixed Level Classes. Skill levels vary, so please ask your instructors if they feel that you’re ready to begin Mixed Level classes. Pilates students must be cleared into the Reformer 2 and 3 classes by the Pilates Director after a skills assessment is completed. (Current injuries and conditions are taken into consideration when determining if a student is eligible for a skills assessment to provide the safest level of classes for each student.)
