The Club’s unique Spanish style architecture fits perfect with many of the historical landmarks located in Sacramento’s downtown community. The Club celebrates over 30 years of experience and expertise as the finest club in Sacramento and maintains a reputation as the Club with cutting edge equipment and programs, abundant amenities and services and endless activities.

The Capital Athletic Club offers state-of-the-art equipment, educated and trained instructors, personal amenities and outstanding service in the heart of downtown Sacramento. With over 52,000 square feet you will have all of the opportunities to become healthy and fit in a relaxed and friendly environment. We take pleasure in providing you an abundance of amenities and services.
