Rick has been with CAC since its inception in 1985. With an Education degree from the University of Maine and over 30 years in the health club industry, Rick leads CAC with a love for an industry giving him the opportunity to make a positive change in the lives of others.
Assistant General Manager
Tom has been with CAC for over 22 years. With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a BA from Cal Poly-SLO, Tom plays a key role in the overall operations of CAC in addition to our marketing and membership efforts. Tom loves racquetball and strength training.
John has been with CAC for over 14 years. With over 17 years in the fitness industry, a degree in Exercise Physiology and a certified strength coach, John loves teaching his clients to have a passion for improving their lifestyle.
Jane has been with CAC since 1990. With a BS in Accounting from Minnesota State, Jane came to us from the world of public accounting and over 20 years later, she hasn’t looked back!
Group Fitness Director
Jonna is an ACE certified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She’s been with CAC since 2007 and teaches a variety of classes including: boot camp, cycle, Pilates, power pump, and more. She is a meat free athlete and is a huge advocate for all animals.
25+ years of active Fitness industry experience (22 in the Sacramento area) with extensive background in program development, nutrition, post-acute/transitional rehabilitation programming, fitness assessment, sports programming (leagues/tournaments), motivational programming and club management.
